Delivery service from this IKEA is really poor:

Delivery service from this IKEA is really poor:
-They arrive outside the expected hours ( we got a message when to expect them, but they tried to delivery one hour earlier)
- they don't arrive at all (we agreed on a new deliver date, we got an email confirmation, but they did not show up at all)
It has already cost us two days off and the furniture is still in their sorting center ( it's been already 2 weeks since our order)
