First sales person was not very knowledgeable (and was not there when we returned to order). Young man helped us later and he was very knowledgeable. Bought carpet for an rv that was stain, water and pet resistant- think that was a bit of an oversale because the installers said it was very hard to put in. But we used Frank's and he did a FANTASTIC job of installation in the rv.
