The location I visited was in Union Square (NYC). Place is well run and maintained as usual. Easy accessibility from the street for all alike. I believe the store is equipped with an elevator besides escalators to each floor. This unit is spotless and well cared for. Seating areas area off-limits due to Corona Virus period, but everything is well stocked and properly looked after. Staff is knowledgeable and informed, well trained, passionate, and patient. A joy to visit and support. Lines are reduced to a minimum with very sparse on-site shoppers during this period.
