Lovely shop with wonderful size selection. However please be aware that they will NOT work with you if you determine a fit issue after you've purchased a bra. If the tags are off (which is how I assume we all wear a bra) they will not even do a size exchange. I wore a bra for one day, determined it was not the right size after I believe it had stretched a little from being on. I took it back to the store hoping for an exchange, not a return. And the answer was a firm "No" because it had been worn. But they did offer to make a note in my file that the band size I purchased was too large for the next time. Unfortunately, there won't be a next time. I have been a customer there for many years and made many purchases; this is the first time I've ever had a problem and brought something back for exchange. They clearly state their return policy is only with tags on for 10 days. I completely understand a return policy. What I don't understand is not working with a customer in the event of an issue. I won't be returning.
