This company is hands down the worst I have ever had to deal with. They are unwilling to even listen to you. Every time I have had to speak with someone there they begin by saying I have no options and after I begin asking any questions or providing evidence of what I am saying, they respond by telling through the phone and hanging up on me. I have never had to deal with a company that was so disrespectful, rude and unprofessional in my life. It has become very clear by the company they represent that they are out to try and take advantage of anyone they can by making threats and avoiding any kind of conversation for the allotted amount of time until they can pin whatever they "have" on your credit report. If you ever have the displeasure of speaking with anyone from this company please make sure to record the entirety of every conversation so you can show a judge just how ridiculous they are when you have been attempting to remedy your case. I strongly suggest you avoid using any other business that associated with this company as well. Any reputable business would be working with a reputable company.
