I have visited the hotel here for one day to play ...

I have visited the hotel here for one day to play in the aqua slides and was forbidden to play in it with my kid because he is 2 cm shorter than the allowed hight trying to convince me that 2 cm will make it a huge risk on his life to play in the aqua slides. After discussing with them for 15 mintues they said you can use another slide which is the very easy one and when we went to it they again forbidden us to use it. Knowing that I have confirmed more than once that I am taking full responsibility for my decision to use the slide but they were too reluctant to listen. Really worst customer handling I have faced in such type of hotels!

Update for the hotel reply: my main concern was the worst customer handling I have ever seen in such situation so please don't steer the reply towards safety measures you are proud of! Away from the fact that a lot of kids were playing and were shorter than my kid but they were foreigners so it is okay and safe.
