Luis helped us get exactly the car we wanted, even switching to a different color and redoing all the paperwork at the last minute. We showed up at 9:00, and Luis had us in our Traverse by that afternoon at a price I was very happy with and an excellent financing offer. Never once was I pressured from him. In fact, I think he was expecting I would be coming back later for the sale, but I had done all the research and found Lupient had the best sale prices and the lifetime powertrain warranty I wanted. I was in contact with dealers across the state, but I think I found the best total package (price, trade in, financing, powertrain warranty, and the 5 years of oil changes I added) right in my hometown. Luis even let my kids watch videos on his computer while we did all the paperwork.
