His knowledge, enthusiasm and confidence in the reliability and build of the e-Tron was clear. There was no pressure. Once we made a decision to make our purchase, James and the staff at Audi Honolulu prepared the paperwork and had the vehicle detailed before we arrived. This made the final process quick and efficient. James took the extra time to introduce us to our new vehicle before we drove it off the lot. He was quick to respond when we had questions after getting home. I highly recommend a visit to Audi Honolulu. Everyone we encountered there were friendly and helpful.
