The pro: beds were comfy

The pro: beds were comfy
The cons: crack under door let's you hear EVERYTHING that is going on in the hall. We left our toiletries hanging behind the door when we check out (totally out fault) called 5 times and was told that we would get a call back. Finally a week later we get in touch with someone and they say they have no idea where the bag could be. They cannot find it. I believe if they would have looked in day 1 right after we checked out and called it would have been found.
