James Rejent was one of the nicest and most knowledgeable Coolray employees I ve ever met. I ve always had a great experience with Coolray, but not as great as today with James. James showed me how my mother s old system works, what would be replaced and made sure I knew all of my options. He made sure to answer all of my questions and was overall extremely professional. We are very excited to have Coolray possible install my mother s new AC unit! Thanks again James.
