Terrible service. Damage to my laminate due to extreme weather conditions and leakage through the roof. Processing is very difficult. Each time they request information that I have already submitted twice and I have to enter something else again. They could also ask at once. Apparently a lot runs past each other. And I really think they make it as difficult as possible and want to pay out as little as possible. A while ago I also received an email that I reported damage more often than average and that I had to be careful with it otherwise they would take measures. This is simply not possible. I reported 2 previous damages that were caused by my son to other people last year. I still have insurance for that. While I didn't have to report anything for many years. Very nice that if you need them you will be treated that way.
I have a very bad feeling about it.
