Terrible customer service, especially at the golf ...

Terrible customer service, especially at the golf courses. While the facilities are top notch, I honestly cannot imagine coming back here again. We are paying $700/night for the gold golf package, and we have been treated like second class citizens so far.

We were forced to take a golf cart without a top. It then proceeded to rain pretty hard for about an hour. The starter told us we could take another cart with a top, and then when we tried to do that, another older gentleman yelled at us like we were children. Instead of finding a solution, we were yelled at. We then tried to call and noone picked up.

Later in the day, when closing out our tab with the cart lady, we realized we were severely overcharged. Hopefully that can still be corrected.

Restaurants are closed in the middle of the day for private events. The first hole of the Fazio course is converted from a par 5 to a 100 yard par 3 (no discount offered). Our bags have not been ready for us once so far, when we were told they would be. The list goes on and on.

Some of this is due to the Honda Classic and is understandable, but the golf cart situation was beyond ridiculous. Instead of being treated like people paying over 5K to stay here, we have been treated like a couple of people who are trespassing on their property.

We are here for another 5 days. Hopefully we will be treated better moving forward, but so far, it feels like we do not belong here.
