If I could give less than 1 star I would. If you re planning on traveling to this area DO NOT (i repeat do not) stay at this property. As a longtime Marriott member I cannot believe the poor service given at this property - especially the JW. Everyone from the management staff to the front desk agents made this the worst Marriott experience in my whole life. The management will be combative when you tell them about an issue and will not provide any solution; rather rant to you without letting you get a word in.

Seriously, the employees here need to be retrained on conflict resolution and basic customer service skills.
