Horrible service doesn't care to retain customers....
Horrible service doesn't care to retain customers. They made a mistake by not sending me out a pre paid card to the correct address and as a result it was compromised and all the money I was entitled on it was stolen. I had to follow up with them several times as they Almost never got back to my emails. At the end of the day they didn't own up to their mistake and now I'm 200 dollars short. Shame really they lost a customer over 200 dollars for their own mistake. Will never buy Kia and will never recommend it to anyone I know now.
