My favourite restaurant in Belgrade. Try the experience menu (if it's three-four of you). Together with a bottle of Chardonnay from Radovanovic and a red one from Serbia as well. They adjust the menu after your preferences of likes/dislikes/allergy and so on. Be prepared- after you've said stop, they will still bring you one more surprise:-) and I love the services and hospitality there. I always get a warm welcome.
They are not non-smoking (very few places are that in Serbia, unfortunately), but they provide a non-smoking area upstairs and have decent air system to take away the smoke.
