On October 9, 2020. in a store in Gda sk, on Cienista, the cashier CELOWO counted 1 bottle of alcohol for my purchases. So I had 1 product more on the receipt than in the basket. Alcohol is on the 4th position on the receipt (it is 13th). The customer in front of me or behind me - he had no alcohol. Only the manager - checking the monitoring carefully, reacted adequately. My money has been returned.
For me, this is theft, almost taking money out of the wallet. I have no words!! An older cashier (only such ladies work there) and this is the reputation of a recently established shop. I will talk about it everywhere.
I am indignant that such people work, who hope that in the crowd of purchases, the customer will not notice unpurchased purchases.
A separate topic is BOK, it could be useful to implement some system there.
