This is not a reflection of the sales team, which is truly excellent. I would buy a car here. Also not on the parts department. Excellent service there too.

If you have looked at my other reviews for different places, you'll find I don't rate places so low usually.

However, I have taken my cars here multiple times for different things that are warranty issues, and they basically do the same thing every time. The service team 'looks' at the problem, tells me that it's fine, and I take it to a different mechanic at a completely unrelated place, and there IS an actual problem. It's all about the bottom line in this service department, even if you have scheduled an appointment and are willing to just pay out of pocket. Really guys??
