We went with a large group of colleagues who do not see each often, mostly at conferences such as the one we were all attending in Atlanta last week. We chose the White Oak Kitchen for its ratings and when we arrived, we all fell in love with the decor and the atmosphere. We were happy to all be together in such a cool, bright place. There was another group there, much larger than ours and a band was playing too. All fun! Our group just simply could not hear one another and after an initial and failed attempt to get a table in a quieter area, we planned to leave. Upon hearing this, the Manager made arrangements for us to not only have a table in a quiet area, he made sure we had a private room. We were thrilled. The meal was perfect, as we shared plates and were offered exceptional service by the server team, led by Tiera Jacks. Professional and courteous, Ms Jacks could not have been more knowledgable about the food offerings, the wine selection and was completely attentive to our needs. Our experience, at first appearing to be short-lived, was one of the best of our Atlanta stay. We'll definitely be back and we hope to see Ms Jacks at the White Oak!
