My husband was operated on the biceps tendon last year.
During the rehab he was in great pain. The BG doctor accused him that he simulated and wanted to write him healthy. Only when he had refused to leave, this doctor agreed to do another MRI. With a bright red head she came back and said "we'll have to do it again".
My husband was unable to work for over 6 months through the second surgery. We asked the doctor for a confirmation for the private accident fund. The came and did not come until another doctor has issued us this two-parter. At some point months later, we received a detailed report from this doctor. And the hammer ... exactly one year later an invoice over 58.45! I have filed objections / objections again and again, because we have asked for no expert opinion. The complaint management rejected the appeal with always the same sentence components. Yesterday I finally had someone on the phone. This, obviously very old gentleman, repeated this sentence block in a recurring mantra. The highlight of the conversation was the answer to my question as to why the second operation was necessary (the physiotherapist at the rehab said that no miracle is wrong). "We do not give any information about that, you have to go through the judicial process."
Reluctantly, I pay the bill because it is threatened with Incasso.
Helpless and outraged and very angry I feel treated very badly.
