Not even one star! They sent my phone back unrepaired to my service provider. Then Future tel after having my phone, work order number and my CREDIT CARD NUMBER wanted a new work order number. She said for the second repair! This is still the first repair request. They knew this would generate an empty box going to their centre. Which can only mean they lost my phone or are going to double bill for one repair. They've had my new phone for 2 months and it's still not repaired! 26 days of phone calls just in one month alone! Buyers beware!
