The hotel itself has been fairly well maintained. However, housekeeping needs to monitor their towels better, as several of mine were torn.

Also, call me a traditionalist, but having my room service delivered in a bag with paper cups and plastic flatware is not something I'm okay with. It's cheap and tacky and something I would expect at a Courtyard.

Perhaps Renaissance is lowering their standards in the SPG transition, I don't know. But the level of service I received during my stay at this property is not the level of service I have come to expect from the brand.
