3 years ago my Dad had a accident and it went to court, as the third party kept offering a lower counter offer, Just spoke the the lawyer and we have been awarded half of the original offer, I am disgusted with the outcome, and the Driver that caused the accident probably got sent on a driver's awareness course!!!
