It is with immense happiness I am writing this review.

I was totally disappointed after my first attempt in getting mortgage fell through. I did approach few advisors, but none of them were confident and were hesitant to take up my case. Duncan is incredibly knowledgeable. He has the power to make things happen. Even this time it wasn t quite straight forward and there were several hurdles. But the decisions Duncan took and his guidance were perfect and pragmatic. I did suggest few ideas but Duncan was never in two minds. He was highly confident in his approach and went ahead with it.
