They have worst customer service ever... they don'...

They have worst customer service ever... they don't keep track on documents submitted via email. They delay to give the claims...
11/28 the insurance is on my husbands name. He will send email to the email.
Previously we were informed that the claim will be reviews by 30-45 days. But today we are informed (after 35 days)that there is specific timeframe to get it reviewed!!!! How come a company takes unlimited time to review a document????
12/11- We send the claim number to the email address you provided.
