Patrick, sales engineer, said the guitar I ordered would be inspected thursday or friday then shipped out. 5 days later after i requested an update he claims another 2-3 days before the guitar is inspected. All he had to do was be honest from the get go. Instead he fed us bs.

Because he was so dishonest he lost our guitar order, & the drum set + new rack we planned to purchase in the next few weeks.
