Parts Department: very knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared. I was having trouble finding a part for my Ford. I call Advanced, Auto Zone, Napa, and O'Reilly and all of them told me the part does not exist and told me to put something else on it instead. Thankfully I know more about cars than they do because their solution would have destroyed my emmision system. When I finally called Fort Mill Ford's part department they knew exactly what I was talking about and what I needed. When I went to pick it up one of the parts was out of stock and they could tell I was inconvenienced so they got the part ASAP and made sure my price directly reflected my inconvenience.
