No integrity and went back on their deal. i want to give them negative review but i don't have the option. extremely unprofessional in their dealing and after giving us a deal on the car, we were waiting for the offer document in email, which they didn't sent and we called them and they said we got another client that is getting the car because he is paying more money. these guys have no integrity. how can you make an offer to a RETURNING customer and not honor it??? just for that alone i would fire the guys i dealt with. ruined my weekend because of their unprofessional attitude and greedy mentality.

Update 7/26. After this horrible experience i went to Calstar Mercedes in Glendale and got a n AMG for a great price and i am glad I got AMG instead.
