This is the worst Property Management Company (their Manager Jeff Gelfer esp) in Vancouver in my 20 years here, should be a negative rating in my honest opinion. Unfortunately I have been renting apartments for most of my life and my 8 year tenure Rancho Management at our current apartment is just brutal. First, their office never takes calls and always goes to voice mail. Once I can get connected, their manager is not around as well and returns a call in a week after you leave your voice message. Second, this management company does not take care of their residents, they will just gauge and will not be reasonable with your requests and just asks you to pay more in your property management fees. Third, they will never fix any major stuff for you and delay their act in hopes of you giving up, my balcony window and ceiling leakage issues were not addressed at all in 6 months during the winter time and was forced to ask the landlord to settle with them in a dispute without any settlement. Also, Maybe its me but I have heard many stories and seen their management using cheap labour for their cleaning and building fixing. Watch out as they are going to file complaints to their tenants without proper reasoning in hopes to fine you. God Bless !
