Everyone was super nice and friendly, but my hair did not turn out. It took me a year to grow it out and in the span of fifteen minutes a trim turned into what feels and looks like five inches. I'm at home right now trying not to cry or angry puke. That alone ruined my experience. It is not okay to not listen to your client's wishes. I'm open to anything about my hair except for the length. Otherwise the color and the atmosphere were fine.
