0 stars would be applicable. I called to pay a debt and frankly they don't want our debts paid. They get more if they get to bring suite against you, which they threatened me with. My questions were not being answered. They rejected the request to pay the debt I called about several times. Then I was hung up on. I called back, requested the highest authority in the building. He was rude as well on the basis that I was belligerent on the phone call he claims to have just listened in on. He told me his reasoning was that I mentioned having seen a news story, I think, by 5 on your side about CCM being in danger of shut down due to scams. I wanted assurances of our security being protected and validity of debts. None of this is belligerent they just don't like being questioned.
