I was at the hospital for 4 days and from the first instance when I arrived into the Emergency Room, I was treated like I was the most important person in the universe. Being in customer service management and having worked in healthcare, I recognize good service when it's being given and I was treated with class and excellence by all members of the staff, as was my family. If I could, I would give each staff a million dollars, as they made me feel like a million dollars! God bless each one of them!
