Not happy with service. We have been an Apple family of 4 since iphone 3 came out. We have Ipads, iphones, ipods, Mac computers, you name it. Daughters phone under warranty and phone broke. They gave us a refurbished one on July 8, 2016 and gave her a 90-day warranty. Phone port has been working off and on since September. She finally makes it home to take it in to Apple and the port is diagnosed as being broken. However, since this is the first time she could get in and she is 4 weeks over her 90 day warranty her option is to buy another refurbished one for $299 or a brand new one. Seriously that is their solution another refurbished one when their most recent one worked for less than 2 months before port started working off and on. Very disappointing that they do not stand by their products.
