I rarely bring my car to the dealer for service. I recently brought my 06 m3 in for the airbag recall and also a replacement windshield. Brandon Casey and the rest of the service team made the whole experience painless and actually enjoyable. I was given a new 530i as a loaner for the time the work was being done. I would highly recommend the service department at BMW Mountain View.
