We have been using the services of VTG over the past 5 years for all our river cruises and some landtours. Although we are thousands of miles away in Hong Kong, VTG through counsellor Chris Bounds has offered us excellent services and there was never a hiccup, from payment to communicating cruise or tour documentation. Chris was very attentive to details, anticipated possible logistic problems and advised and helped us solve these whenever they arose.
