The advisor didn t give a proper estimate of time it would take for the 35K service , no loaner was provided the 2nd day when no commitment about when the vehicle would be returned resulting into cancellation of my personal appointments,Tommie very unresponsive when requested for any update about when the vehicle would be ready , overall a very bad experience
