Called ahead with shippers name, items delivering and asked if I could deliver today. Was told arrive after 1400. Got here at 1400, they won't touch me. 3 large machines on skids is the whole load and they are not even telling me when they can touch me. No understanding of my time issues (E-LOGS), already late for my next pickup only 33 miles away! Understandable if they had not told me to come in at 1400, but they put me on the clock and now my time is going. After 90 min wait they finally tried to unload, took 30 min to unload. Appreciate them making the effort, but wish it had been made when I got here. Used 2+ hours, should have been one tops.
