Wonderful guest services, spectacular facility. Would have liked to have a tub for soaking, but the pool had a hot tub so the shower was sufficient. There was no in-room kitchenette or coffee maker, but coffee service was available either through room service or complimentary "butler style" (read carafe & cups with the fixin's on a tray).

Two things that would have enhanced our stay:
-Our room was next to the main street, which got noisy in the wee hours. Tough after a long night... It might have been nice to have the option of a quiter location at check-in.
-We had a hard time catching housekeeping & turndown service due to our admittedly wonky schedule. A door hanger for "No Service" or "Service Please" and another for "Turn Down Please" or "No Turndown" would have let us take better advantage of these services.

Cody and Don at the concierge desk and Randy the doorman were particulary helpful and personable. Many thanks to them!

The in-house clubs/restaurants were very nice, but be careful not too let your eyes be bigger than your stomach! Some of the choices are VERY rich.
