First time Lincoln buyer (MKC) and have to say I am quite happy. Corey didn't have to do much in sales, as I already knew exactly what I wanted, but he was outstanding nonetheless. It was a one day transaction that went smooth as silk. I found some slight scratches on my console about a week after pickup and Corey had me bring it in for service to check it out. New parts were ordered under warranty - still waiting on those to come in, but I was quite happy to see this happen with no hassle. (hopefully the same will happen with my passenger seat, too. It's got a bad rattle whenever I go over a sharp bump but not bringing it in until my other parts arrive).
