This is what I call a stand-up company. Very prompt shipping to Toronto, ordered on a Thursday and had my phones by Tuesday morning. Received a defective pair of headphones and I simply told them the problem and they sent me a shipping label to send them back to be replaced free of charge. Couldn't be more pleased with the service. Highly recommended.
