One star is still about 8 stars too many. This company is quite simply the VERY worst: worst customer service, worst excuse for health care, worst business sense, worst communication skills. Run, don't walk... because these people are unbearable. It's unfathomable to me that they have jobs, let alone remain in business. Coventry might as well be calling themselves a fast-food restaurant.

Why, you might ask... "they don't serve food". No - but they don't serve healthcare either. They wave the banner but they don't serve. They offer no answers. They deny the majority of claims. They lie about the available list of providers. They repeatedly hang up on paying clients. They routinely play the bait-and-switch game. They don't know their own company policies.
