Wow! Finally got my refund back, after about 7 wee...

Wow! Finally got my refund back, after about 7 weeks. Quick to take your money; slow to return it. Failed to provide a working service connection; lied about the ability to do so with my existing hardware; couldn't get my (second) internode NBN modem/router to function; agreed to a reimbursement and then retracted the offer; lied (again) about refund of money. I must have spent at least 7 - 9 hours on the phone with sales staff, customer service, senior customer service, multiple techies, etc. What a nightmare... Not sure what happened to this company. They used to be the best in the business. I suspect their M&A has something to do with it. Incredibly bad conduct, especially in these fiscally challenging times.
