Needed a battery charger and was helped as soon as i walked to service counter. Found a charger plus battery combo that fit but after i said the price was a bit steep and that i didn't need the battery the man showed no concern to help find just a charger and proceeded to checkout with the combo pack. After a few minutes of looking myself i found just the charger....50$difference. All in all ok
