I am lucky to have my ticket confirmed with airline after buying from Crystal Travel. I am travelling next month so dont know how would it go!! Customer service is Veryyyyyy bad.. some indian accent people with funny english name will make any promise to solve your solution and when your call ends their promise ends as well. No customer satisfaction. It seems they just have a polished face (website) for their bad services
