Very epic concept (Only reason giving extra1+ star)

Very poor customer service.
Attitude from front desk staff(chelsy?) made me sick.
Extra overnight parking fee 12dollar.
The treatment I received was clearly racial discrimination

Don't ever buy this hotel room through 3rd party.
Came to check in at 1pm. Front staff told us to wait until 3pm or they will call us if any room is available. Asked to give us room without view block.
Around 2:30 we saw about 7 families getting rooms. Still no call. I went to line at 3 this xxxxx gave me card without saying anything.
I went to the room and the balcony was blocked by the Building.
Called manager to ask for better room and complain about the early experience. She didn't gave a xxxx
Don't buy ticket through 3rd party.
Nice hotel but management is amateur.
