I enjoyed my time at the Cinlantro Culinary Academy, to be honest I do miss the old times. The teachers are excellent at what they do and I really learned a lot from them and their methods. My chef has also prepared us before we go to our internship. I would highly recommend my friends who are interested in culinary or pastries.
