It was really bad. People before me were really up...

It was really bad. People before me were really upset. Was not sure why, but soon found out after I ordered. The staff that were putting the orders together were getting it worng. The customers waiting before me were getting food that they didn't order and the person calling the numbers was not pronouncing the numbers clearly. I think it was that english is her second language. Calling out numbers that sounded like a different number. Mixing things up. So bad... the manager at least I thought was the manger looked like she was having a hard time helping this staff person that was getting things mixed up. They should have pulled her off and the manager should have taken over instead of allowing it to continue. Everyone waited for their order was very upset. Listening to the comments from those that were there. So bad. My son was with me and I told him not to listen what the people around us were saying. I have been here before and never experienced a frustrating time like this. After getting our order. Driving home my son asked me. "Dad why where the people saying all those bad words". Tried to help him understand... hope they fix this issue as soon as possible.
