nearly 3 weeks trying to call to get a package re-registered. ALL sage lines cut the call after open ring. It is very difficult to get through. sent emails/messages to every possible contact I could find including UK office and no-one has replied. Sage you should be embarrassed. After over 15 years of using many versions of Pastel/Sage I am now reconsidering my options. The AI/Self Help route Sage has chosen to follow will/is lose them clients really fast.
