Pat Lund, this message is for you! I see a half dozen responses you made when people talked about their car being cleaned well. It appears this is the only thing your service shop does well! You cleaned the valid park sticker my dealer pitched as a bonus to my vehicle off well too! Seriously do you go home at night worrying and wondering when and how badly all your pathetic attempts at service will catch up with you? I've read and seen nothing positive about this service shop and I blame you Mr. Lund. A poor leader results in a poor service team and it shows again and again in the reviews that mention YOU by name. I personally would be hurt if review after review of my work discussed the failures I created and the poor quality of my work. You not only did your job poorly but made inappropriate and offensive comments regarding my family, specifically my mother. What would you do if I spoke badly about your family? Omaha is a small town, reputations matter. What would your mother say if she knew you were speaking to other people like this? You sir are a poor manager, a poor mechanic and a generally disrespectful and down right terrible person. I see you responded to some positive comment about your ability to detail a vehicle, I hope you have the guts to respond to this too. If you really had any sense of shame you'd resign from your job tomorrow due to your lack of ability to deal with PAYING CUSTOMERS of Gregg Young. I wasn't surprised to hear in another review you offered to do the service you should have if the customers in question removed their bad reviews! This is a pathetic act and Ed Zachary, if you read this and respond like you have to so many other reviews, I hope you will take notice and act to end the desecration of Gregg young's reputation that is Pat Lund. Again Mr. Lund you are a pathetic excuse for a human. For the record our salesman has literally promised to drive to me with the promised loaner vehicle I should have gotten the day I brought my vehicle in and take my vehicle to your shop himself as he is the only one who could get you to do the service work that is your job, but I refused this offer as I knew it meant you and your team would still be working on my vehicle. I would rather gas and burn my vehicle than bring it to your shop. Instead as chevy still honors their warranties I will be taking my vehicle to HUBER CHEVY in Omaha to service the work you promised and you will be footing the bill. Pat Lund you truly are an asset to your company, a toxic asset that is, and if they don't make action to have you augmented soon you will surely spoil the rest of this company from the inside out.
