Extremely helpful company to work with. My wife and I had a 15 year loan we established 3 years ago. We got a letter from the company and decided to research our options. They could refinance our loan at a substantial savings. We kept the 15 year loan and will pay this loan off in 10 years making the same payments as we were previously paying. This was a great decision saving us thousands of dollars over the life of the loan.
