Slow, apathetic response to correcting their mistake. I was sent the wrong item, needed for an upcoming production. I immediately notified Adorama and provided pictures to the CSR as proof. They told me it would take 24-48hrs to confirm I was correct? After 4 days of asking for updates and getting no answers or any sense of urgency from their side, I gave up and cancelled my order. Why would anyone ever shop here instead of B&H?

I'm sure plenty of people receive their orders with no issues. But know that if there is a problem, they aren't interested in helping you.

Edit: Disregard their CS Ambassador reply to the review to give the appearance that they care. There is nothing to clear up. It doesn't get more basic than correcting a wrong item shipment, but dealing with Adorama it is Mt. Everest. just to acknowledge it. Forget about quickly getting you the right item. Amateur hour.
